Erica Braxton is an undergraduate student at Texas Southern University. She received the East Texas Dietetic Association Scholarship.

Ashley Colligan is an undergraduate student at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. She is the recipient of the Elmira Blecha Endowed Scholarship.

Brianna Coulson is a dietetic intern and graduate student. She is enrolled in the Texas Woman’s University Coordinated Dietetic Internship Master’s Degree program in Denton, Texas. She received the Betty Bohon Alford Endowed Scholarship and the North Texas Dietetic Association Scholarship.

Atsuko Fujiwara is a dietetic intern and graduate student. She is enrolled in the UT School of Public Health Coordinated Dietetic Internship Master’s Degree program in Houston, Texas. She received the Austin Dietetic Association Scholarship.

Meghan Glenz is an undergraduate student at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. She received the Jane Watkins Cohen Nutrition Education Endowed Scholarship.

Erica Guzman is a dietetic intern and graduate student. She is enrolled in the Texas A&M University Kingsville Coordinated Dietetic Internship Master’s Degree program in Kingsville, Texas. She received the Mozzelle Craddock Endowed Scholarship and the Corpus Christi Dietetic Association Scholarship.
